This is a statement hat from the 1950s. It's brown and feels like wool that's gathered in the front with a round flower and green feather topped with rhinestones. It is in very good condition, minor wear to the feather, measures about 22 inches around the inside, labeled "Hats by Evelyn Raye, Buffalo, NY,Made in Italy". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
