This hat is ultra shiny with a satin band, rhinestones, and tassels on the side. It's in very good condition, tiny spots on the back, small snag? in the fibers. Measures about 22 inches around the inside, unlabeled. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
